When creating a chat in Microsoft Teams related to a CRM (Dynamics 365) record, a link to that record is automatically sent to the chat. However, this link redirects the user to the last opened model-driven app instead of the one intended for the record (e.g., Sales Hub, Customer Service, etc.).

This causes confusion, especially in environments using multiple apps within the same Dataverse environment. Users are forced to switch apps manually.


Suggested improvement:

Add an option to select or configure which app the link should lead to — either during the chat creation process or in system settings.
