Hello, may we have leave accrual to be based on the employee FTE instead of position because a position can be 1 FTE and only filled partially. Also can positions be filled with multipe people to create a 1 FTE. If we go down this path, then workflows also need to be considered. Where 2 people hold the same position, then the workflow for approval would need to go to both managers for shared positions considering the flexible nature of workers currently and in the future and matrix working. I will lodge a seperate ticket for this.
