At present, real-time marketing segments are being refreshed automatically by the system. When observing the segment refresh pattern, it was observed that the segment was updated at irregular intervals, i.e., 30 mins, 45 mins, 1 hour 20 minutes.
It would be great, if any of the below options can be provided for RTM segments.
- If the segment can be updated at a regular interval of 30 mins/1 hour.
- If the user is given the option to set segment update interval.
