Currently we have to select at company level if leave and absence is managed by hours or days. It would be great if we could select this choice on the "Leave and absence type" or "Leave and absence plan". The need is to import real worked hours for D365 F&O on a plan to manage flexible time and to have another plan managed by days for vacation.

In Italy the holiday is defined on a hourly basis, however other leave types are defined on a daily basis - regardless how many hours has the employees working day.
