Ability not to automatically assign a security role when installing the Solution

On the environment that Customer Service Solution has been installed, Customer Service App Access security role is automatically assigned to user when user gets Dynamics 365 (Online) Subscription. It would be great if the security role is not automatically assigned by installed solution.

Ability to customize the field size in Quick View Form

When creating a Quick View form for a specific entity, the field heights is not customizable although the width can be changed.
It ends up having a plenty of room for the one field.

Ability to display ‘Attachments’ in Appointment entity on other entities

Please let the existing entity's icon available to the custom entity.

Currently, Dynamics 365 does not allow custom entity to use the default entity icon. Please add files of entity icons that exist by default to web resource so that customers can select them for custom entity icons.
