Expand Recent records list

Allow for more than 10 records to be shown in the recent records list. This does not apply to Customer Services only but the unified interface generally. Ideally it would be possible to customise this to set the number of records also.

Automatically add a lists of e-mails in the CC when a message is sent

I would like to be able to define a list of email addresses per ticket that gets automatically added to the CC of all emails sent by the customers or support service.

On the view – have possibility to go to last page and see total number of records

Extra click to sort items in column in view

In Web Client it was possible to click on the arrow next to the column name to sort items. In UCI we need to expand the arrow and then chose sort. This is adding extra click for users.

Drill down on charts

As quick win: Replace the "Expand chart" button with "View records" button which will allow to spare one click when going to records. In longer term possibility to click on one of columns and drill down to list of records. This is general comment to all places in D365 where charts are displayed

Interactive dashboard -filters as visible by default

The issue is it is not possible to set filters as visible by default in the interactive dashbaord which force the users to click the button to show the filter many times per day. Those filters should be visible by default - if were expanded once - the system should remember the setting.

Interactive dashboard - tile view by default setting

The request is about tile view in interactive dashboard - we should have possibility to use a settings on the user level or general settings for dashboard to open it always with tile view. The issue is : it is not possible to set tile view as default view which force the users to click the button...

Remove enormous "Search and select an article" image from Related Article pane in Case form.

Currently the Related Article pane will split into a narrow search column and a much larger, unused space containing a folder logo and "Search and select an article". This occurs when the pane is given sufficient width, and also when zoomed out on the page. There appears to be no purpose for this...

Allow users to expand all Notes in Timeline

Add "expand all" option for Notes within Timeline, or include ability to expand all by default. This would improve ease of reviewing content on the Timeline, as currently the user has to click each Note individually to expand and see all details.

Adding icons to the entities in the sitemap - UCI

Add appropriate images to represent the type of record in the drop list of records for recently viewed in the CRM navigation bar in the new UCI Similar to what is available in the classic app.
