Bring back the up and down arrows in Dynamics Customer Service
Before the update to the unified interface, there were up and own arrows you can use to move between records in the entity. Those arrows were replaced, can we bring them back as our users were use to moving up and down case records using the arrows.

Unified Interface View Filtering Lookup fields - only show Active records
When you use the OOTB filtering on a View within the UI, and select to filter on a lookup field, the view will show both Active and Inactive records. Ideally this should only show Active records.
