Resource name not updated after being modified in Global address book

Prepopulate project dimension on the project table
If the project dimension is enabled the project dimension should equal the project id upon creation of a new project. Perhaps this can be a new parameters setting.

This functionality is available by enabling the option on the financial dimension "Copy values to this dimension with each new Project created". When enabled, the Project backed financial dimension will set the default value to the new project when the new project is created.

as of today it is not possible to link or create a new batch order out of an existing project. Only production orders (items of type production) are supported.
