Ability to change the size of dialog boxes in Dynamics CRM Online

The size of existing dialog boxes can be really small, and there is no supported way to achieve this.

Ability to log in as or assume a user to better troubleshoot

In Salesforce we had the ability to assume the identity of a user for troubleshooting issues. It would be helpful to have the same functionality in CRM. It is difficult to help a user when you are unable to see pages, views, etc. as they are seeing them.
