Expand Recent records list

Allow for more than 10 records to be shown in the recent records list. This does not apply to Customer Services only but the unified interface generally. Ideally it would be possible to customise this to set the number of records also.

Interactive dashboard -filters as visible by default

The issue is it is not possible to set filters as visible by default in the interactive dashbaord which force the users to click the button to show the filter many times per day. Those filters should be visible by default - if were expanded once - the system should remember the setting.

Allow for "New Record" option on Lookups to be Configurable

There are instances in which we want a lookup on a screen/form to be selectable only. Currently, there is always a "New Record" option. We'd like that to be configurable by screen so you're only able to select from existing options. This will help preserve data integrity.
