Allow exact-match searching for Quick-find search.

I think it would be better if we could have the ability to search in quick-find using exact-match string instead of resulting results that that matches only a part of the search string and have it configurable per entity and not a global setting just like the enabling/disabling of the quick-find ...

Grid Filtering on Lookups

When using the Filtering on a View its not possible to multi-select lookup records with one click the same way it is for Option Sets. Each record needs to be chosen at a time. Could this be changed so the User can select a number of record for the filter without having to choose one at a time?

Any queue should auto refresh

In the legacy interface, when we opened a case from a Queue in separate Tab and change the Owner or close the case, it used Refresh the parent Queue automatically. But since transitioning to the Unified Interface, it is not working and user needs to hit the Refresh button every time
