Creating a New Payment Schedule during Middle of Lease Term -
When updating the payment amount on a schedule during the middle of lease term, the new liability amortization schedule is updated from the beginning of the lease term, which leads the the system to auto-create an adjustment entry for an incorrect amount. We want to keep the postings from the beginning of the lease terms unchanged in the new liability amortization schedule and adjust the liability for the middle to the end of the lease term.

The Asset Leasing module should consider partial months for lease start/end dates
The Asset Leasing module is not able to account for partial months. Not all leases start at the beginning or end of the month. As a result, business either has to modify the lease schedule to reflect what the module is capable of handling.

Deleting Lease Versions from History
Want to
As a user, I want the ability to delete a lease/book version if no journals or financial transactions have occurred in the system for a particular lease. This is similar to deleting a journal in D365 if the journal has not posted yet. This is to avoid confusion if an lease adjustment is created unintentionally, for instance, and the user wants to undo this lease version creation.

Ability to Preview Lease Schedules before Submitting for Workflow Approval
As a user submitting processing a new lease schedule and submitting for workflow, I want to be able to preview lease schedules before sending for approval. Current functionality allows only future payment line preview but not asset, expense, liability schedules. So submitter is sending schedule for approval blindly without visibility. The submitter can view schedules post approval, but if there is an issue found post approval, it will require additional effort in recalling and resubmitting schedule.
