MAX accrual limit
We need to be to stop the accrual when the employee has reached a certain number of days. and then once the person has book some of their days off, the accrual should resume again and then stop when max limit reached. I have accrued 36 days in March so in April my balance should not change. I book leave for May 6 days, so my balance is 30 days. i should re join the accrual In May and have 31.5 days and so on until my balance reaches 36 again. -
Cross company approvals
Scenario: I submitted a leave request from legal entity 0010, my manager is in legal entity 0020. He is not able to approve my request as he does not hold employment in 0010. We need the workflow to be global and not per entity. The manager should be able to approve requests from his/hers direct reports no matter where they are in the world/legal entity. -
Ability to remove unpublished objects in Security
In ideal world there would be a button/function that would allow me to remove changes I have made to security roles by accident or no longer required that haven't yet been published. In Security configuration under Unpublished Objects there is a tick box ''deleting'' which is actually really confusing. I have made changes to security roles/ duties which I no longer need or made by accident, I am now unable to find what changes I did to revert them. For a person who is not an expert and still learning ways around D365 a delete 'button' or some kind a function would be ideal.

View any manager name even if the role has restricted access to an entity
While restricting a role to only one entity view for workers etc it would be nice to have the option to be able to at least view managers names on worker positions or Peoples tab. -
way to configure a leave plan without entitlement attached to it
The ability to create a plan without the need of putting a entitlement to it. an example: Sick leave, everyone is entitled to days off sick but we don't necessary want to have a balance showing for this. -
Saved views improvement
At the moment 'Saved Views' feature is still in testing. The feature is a great way to customize employee view. The down side is the 'disallowing employee from customizing the customized view'. The 'enable personalisations' button disallows employee from making customizations but also removes published views from their view. Our requirement is that we disallow ALL users from making any changes (even switching between views) but still keeping the published views visible. Hopefully this is something that can be looked into and implemented. -
Ability to change leave plan name
An ability to change a plan name whenever its needed. At the moment if for any reason we have added the year to a leave plan name (e.g. Annual Leave 2020) and for next year we would want to change it, to this year or remove the year its impossible to change the plan name. -
Remove/hide leave plans
It would be really useful to have a way to hide/end redundant leave plans.
Policies change and leave plans change or are no longer required and when that happens we end up with a super long list with a mix of active and no longer needed plans.

ESS display window alignment improvement
Currently ESS can display profile picture and a couple of other information next to it, if there is a requirement to customize a view and add additional fields to WorkerInfo space, those fields are getting unaligned and moving under profile picture.
The idea is to improve the alignment of WORKERINFO to allow additional fields to be aligned with the profile picture.

Work history: Status field
The 'Status' field is currently an enum field that cannot be edited or developed.
No all status values are valid and/or needed anymore and would be good to be able to edit them
