• filter condition is cannot be removed from edit filter expression builder.

    the filter condition from the Edit Filters panel, we must also clear the filter on the grid column filter. This is because the grid column filter is always applied to the view as it is functionally separate from the Edit Filters panel.user wants the filter apply to grid will not come on edit filter panel.

  • The filter in look up field will give all the records

    The user added the filter on look up field and it will give result based on the filter, but user wants to see all records once the filter is applied on a look up field.

  • we cannot import data from Excel for the virtual entites

    Currently we cannot import data from Excel for the virtual entites, It is very difficult for the users with this behavior, We were able import from excel for other entities but we couldn't do the same with virtual entities it won't work . It would be really great if we could get that feature to import from excel for the virtual entites too.

  • not able to see the Audit history for OOB notes entity

    1. Browse to the Power Platform admin center and sign in using administrator credentials.
    2. Go to Environments > [select an environment] > Settings > expand Audit and logs > Entity and Field Audit Settings.
    3. Under Components, expand Entities.
    4. Select the entity for which you want to enable or disable auditing.
    5. To start auditing, on the General tab, in the Data Services section, select the Auditing check box to enable auditing.

    6. Select Save.

    7. Publish the customization. To publish for a single entity, choose the entity, such as Account, and then select Publish on the toolbar.

  • Interactive Dashboard - Remove Timeframe Filter

    Actual situation - interactive Dashboards:

    At the moment, the "interactive dashboards" have couple fixed timeframes (e.g. today, yesterday, this week, last week, this quarter, etc.). At the "custome time frame" the timeframe can be adjusted. But it is not possible to set this custome time frame as default.

    Issue: many users ask for a timeframe "YTD - Year to date - e.g. 01.01.2020 till today" and "LY - Last year". They would even like to create a custome time frame, but which can be set as default.


    Target situation - interactive Dashboards:

    Me as Dyanmics User, I want to use the "interactive dashboard" with my default "custome time frame". I don't want to set every time the custome time frame again.

  • search for telephone number without country dialing code does not return result in Dataverse serach

    When searching with a phone number without country dialing code i do not get a result before pressing Enter. 

    Even though the phone number clearly gets a search result when Enter is pressed.


    as a work around we have to add a - between the country code and a number, please assist.

  • Sorting of funnel chart based on the custom string field

    Currently when user are sorting the funnel chart it is not sorting with the custom string field and showing random numbers:


    Requesting functionality to sort by an assigned way for example "0" or empty is at the bottom or top of the funnel chart and 6 the opposite. Sorting on the view does not help. The values are randomly scattered around the chart.

    Specific use case...when using a funnel chart, there is no way to accurately sort/arrange the funnel.
