• Feature that allows users to edit which BPF is applied to records created by automatic record creation rules on a per-application basis

    We need a feature that allows users to edit which BPF is applied to records created by automatic record creation rules for each application.


    The current behavior is that in order for BPF to be automatically applied to records created by automatic record creation rules, we must raise the priority order for that entity in the BPF edit screen.

    However, depending on the application the user uses, for example, if you want to apply BPF1 in app A and BPF2 in app B, the user has no choice but to switch manually from "Switch Process".


    We are eager for a feature that can do this in order to make it even more useful.

  • Ribbon customization features

    There is a need for more ribbon customization capabilities so that we can customize all ribbons.

    Currently, if we want to hide the Open Dashboard command button or the + button in the global header, we can't do so using RibbonWorkBench because it's hard-coded.

    In order to make the product more user-friendly, we think it would be very useful to have a function that can hide these when they are not needed.

  • Dialog customizability

    In the time entry, you need a function that can be customized from the "Delete immediately after clicking [Delete]" action to the "Delete immediately after clicking [Delete]" action.

    We feel that the effort of clicking the OK button after clicking Delete is wasted, and it would be quite useful to have a Feature that can omit the action of having to click OK.

    It seems to be protected by client code now, but it would be even more convenient if it could be customized by the user.

  • Customizability in time entry

    If we can display columns in which only projects and tasks are entered in advance in the display by time entry, it will be quite convenient and work efficiency will increase.

    The user must create a new line with a new button each time the effort entry is entered. We think that it is necessary to customize the list screen of PJs and tasks assigned to users by default, and allow users to enter man-hours on that screen.

  • Feature that imports records at the same time as their associated attachments

    We need a feature that imports records at the same time as their associated attachments. For example, a user can upload a file to a record's timeline (Notes entity) as an associated file for a record in an Account. However, there is no ability to import this record and attachment at the same time while maintaining this association. In scenarios where users import a lot of external data, not being able to do this all at once is quite time-consuming and labor-intensive. This is illustrated using Account as an example, but the same is true for sales-literature and sales attachments.

  • Issue showing HTML tags when exporting to Excel

    HTML tags are displayed when syncing appointments from Outlook to D365.

    Therefore, the policy may be to enable RTE on the main form and change the column formatting to rich text.

    However, when exporting an appointment record to Excel, HTML tags are included in the exported Excel Description.

    It would be desirable to design the product so that this HTML tag is not displayed.
