  • AP/AR Invoice Netting

    D365 Finance should have the ability to perform invoice netting between a customer account that is also a supplier account. The functionality is already available for Hungary and Poland (called customer/vendor compensation) but this hasn't been filtered out to other regions. Invoice netting is commonplace throughout the finance world and in other Finance ERP systems (E.g. Oracle E-Business Suite) it is standard functionality. I think it would be a great addition to D365 Functionality.

  • UK Plastic Packagin Tax Solution

    As of April 2022 the UK government introduced a tax on plastic manufacturers or any company importing/exporting plastic packaging. The tax is £200/Ton of plastic material bought/sold.


    There is no standard solution in the system to calculate this tax.

  • UK Plastic Packaging Tax Solution

    Since April 2022 businesses in the UK are required to pay taxes on imports or manufacturing of plastic packaging at a rate of £200/Ton.

    There is no standard solution for capturing this taxation within the system. I cannot use standard packaging duty as this uses sales tax which is ultimatley charged to the end customer which is not part of the plastic packaging tax requirements in th UK.


    Microsoft need to design a viable solution for this legal requirement.
