A function to hide the buttons of the grid for all users, but only from certain input forms
Currently, we do not have the function to control whether the grid is shown or hidden for all users.
For example, we would like to hide the "Create new support case" button only from the input form of a client company.
If we could hide the buttons of the grid for all users, but only from certain input forms, we would be able to hide the buttons we do not use, which would make our work more efficient.

Currently, the quick create button on the global command bar at the top of the screen cannot be hidden.

Currently, we can only download templates in the basic language.

The facility to store documents in Marketing and to identify as a segment the user who has displayed or downloaded such documents
Currently, it is not possible to store documents within Dynamics 365 Marketing, and it is not possible to identify as a segment the users who have viewed or downloaded those documents.
The above functionality would allow us to market more effectively to these users and make our operations more efficient.

Currently, when backing up an environment, a retention period of 7 or 28 days is set depending on the conditions.
A facility to change the retention period of these backups would allow for more flexibility in handling situations and more efficient operation and management.

Facility to synchronize a large number of AzureAD users without problems
Currently, if you have a large number of Azure AD users even though they meet the requirements to be automatically added, only some users may be automatically added and not all users who meet the requirements will be synchronized.
This will make operations more efficient by eliminating the need for manual addition of users, even when there is a large number of Azure AD users to be synchronized without delay.

Facility to import emails with digital signatures into Dynamics without problems
Currently, when receiving digitally signed e-mails, problems such as attachments not being reflected may occur.
