The new Kanban view in 2020 Wave 1 only displays the default business process to be used and viewed.
Many customers and partners will leave the default process and create a new one for their use, and these new ones will not be reflected in the kanban board.
In addition, split processes don't work

When you create a custom insight, you have to specify the user that the card is for. This leads to a lot of duplicated effort in the Flow and confusion that a user can see a card in their personal settings, but will never get an alert.
If Show for is not populated, show for all users that it is available for
If Show for is populated, use existing functionality

It would be great to be able to branch a sequence dependent on data within the Lead or Opportunity.
A customer would like to direct Sales users to more frequent interaction dependent on the size of the opportunity for example.
Currently, you would have to remove the sequence and re-apply a new one, starting from scratch

When a user wants to tweak the sequence, they need to deactivate, which would delink the sequence from the opportunity or lead.
This sequence would have to be re-applied and the sequence started from scratch. This is not a good user experience.
Sequences should be able to be deactivated and not be applied to new records.
Sequences should be cloned and new version activated rather than delinking existing records
