  • Inventory adjustment workflow to allow condition for financial dimension

    The inventory adjustment workflow currently does not support entering a condition to look at the financial dimensions. This will cause inefficiency in the business as the workflow can be approved without the financial dimensions but the journal cannot be posted with these missing. This will require the journal to be updated and sent back through workflow.
  • Bundle items to use trade agreements when allocating down to child lines

    In versions prior to 10.0.18 a Bundle item could be used on a sales order and the bundle price was correctly apportioned across all BoM lines on SO confirmation. The SO Invoice also showed corretctly. From version 10.0.18 this functionality has been removed and the Bundle now needs at least one chile line to have a base sell price on the item card for the Bundle price to be allocated without error. We would like to see the functionality reinstated so that products contained within a bundle can use either a base sell price OR a trade agreement price.
  • Project invoice journal to have lines in the same order as the sales order and invoice proposal

    Currently when an invoice proposal is posted and the invoice journal has automatically been created the lines on the invoice journal are ordered alphabetically by the project category and not in line number sequences like the sales order and invoice proposal.

    This then means that the output document to the customer is in a different order to the documents they have already received.

    We would like to see consistency with the sales order and invoice proposal by having the sequence be by line number and this would also be in line with the Sales invoice

  • The Accounts receivable parameter setup "Exchange rate date" for Date of VAT register should be considered in Project management and accounting module

    The parameter "Exchange rate date" in the Accounts receivable parameters setup should be considered also for Project invoices/ invoice proposals in the Project management and accounting module.

    This is working within a Sales order but not when a Project sales order. This causes inconsistencies in the data reported and is an important requirement for Polich legislation.
