When managing a project portfolio it is normal practice to report on risks and mitigations. I would be great, if we were able to score a project on risk impact and risk probability with a risk description and mitigating actions. It would be ideal, if the scoring matrix was date based, so we could track how risks developed. Finally, a report showing the consolidated risk picture as a visual would be nice.

Many of our customers see Pending Invoices as an additional step in an automated process. When importing an invoice, if the invoice passes the matching and policy checking, they would like the system to automatically submit the invoice to a workflow. This could be in a separate batch job to allow some flexibility.

In the pending invoices screen is should be possible, as it is in the invoice approval screen, to select an accruals scheme that allows an invoice to be distributed across a number of periods. Ideally, it should be possible to select the scheme on line level.
