Wish there is an option to easily maintain template wizards and easily associate to end users (e.g. tools options), for purpose to easy entry process and keep master records data entry as best uniform as possible. (e.g. customer or shipment bill of lading). Not featuring template wizards to master records, or operation transactions for purpose to maintain as best uniform data entry as possible, with a guided assistant wizard, end user might potentially use conventional form technical features (e.g. skip, hide, show, rename, etc...) rather then featuring an assisted guided wizards with option to include (guidelines questions (eg. weight to be total, sales order listings, hazard material, hazard material classifications, driver, transport plates, grand total weight, estimated calculated delivery time, number of stops, total pallets, etc... ). Featuring easy composure of template wizards and easy association to master records, user (e.g. training end user, basic user) might potentially have additional tools when becoming medium or advanced user, may better assist bill of lading user, system administrator, CFO, and potential better assist or speed bill of lading master records (e.g. customer, items, bill of ladings, sales order, logistic transportation, item classification, hazard materials, item classification inbound/outbound, bill of lading descriptions, etc. ) creation.

Wish there is an option to easily default item default preferred description of goods-markings from bill of lading default descriptions (auto-generated and defaulted summarized form sales order listing or shipments).

Featuring easy composure of template wizards and easy association to master records, user (e.g. training end user, basic user) might potentially have additional tools when becoming medium or advanced user, may better assist projects, system administrator, CFO, and potential better assist or speed master record (e.g. project billing, project planning, project budgeting, project billing) creation.

Wish there is an option to easily maintain product specification tracking original with related revisions including pictures, not featuring product specifications, user might potentially track outside the system or may potentially track from customer service knowledge fields or sites. Alternative featuring product specifications information from Microsoft Guides maybe helpful in a dynamic and training way, but may not be a sourcing supporting legal entity authentication document when surrendering to customer, authority, inbound-outbound documentation, brokers, or other.

Wish there is an option to easily generate a product technical specification with easy tracking (e.g. number sequence) and easy transmission (e.g. conversion to PDF and email though outlook or python email conversion). Not tracking product technical specification by customer including grand source of customer sales order invoice-quote-confirmation and not easily identifying legal entity product grand original and grand original revisions, user might potentially track outside the system or maybe tracking through Microsoft guides. Featuring option to easily transfer from Microsoft guides (steps, pictures, instructions etc..), or Dynamics 365 Field service, BOM, user might potentially invest additional time in copying and pasting into a product maintenance technical specification from product information or customer product technical specification information.

Wish there is an option to easily maintain vendor product technical information tracking along with revisions. Not tracking product technical information from vendors acquired through purchase orders-purchase order confirmation-quote, user might potentially track product technical information outside the system or from an independent library (e.g. site or through Azure site). In addition tracking our product technical information (designed) for our customer from product information maybe optimum ideal, independently from our grand original product technical information or product technical information acquired through vendors by purchase orders-purchase order confirmation-purchase quotations-demos. REMARK: Aerospace, Ground Transportation, Electronics industry.

Wish there is an option to easily convert a product technical information data sheet into a legal entity purchase order or purchase order requisition. Not featuring option to easily convert product technical information data sheet into a legal entity purchase order or purchase requisition, user (with potential limited experience, basic user, or other) may potentially invest additional time in processing, researching, or other, when vendor product technical information data sheet may had already been provided and review by specialized resources. REMARK: AI with optics or automate document processing with AI and potential power automate maybe an alternative.

Wish there is future option to include inter-company sales order (into purchase order) item transfer along with product technical information data sheet into subsidiaries.
