Alternative featuring product specifications information from Microsoft Guides maybe helpful in a dynamic and training way, but may not be a sourcing supporting legal entity authentication document when surrendering to customer, authority, inbound-outbound documentation, brokers, or other.

Wish there is an option to easily generate a product technical specification with easy tracking (e.g. number sequence) and easy transmission (e.g. conversion to PDF and email though outlook or python email conversion). Not tracking product technical specification by customer including grand source of customer sales order invoice-quote-confirmation and not easily identifying legal entity product grand original and grand original revisions, user might potentially track outside the system or maybe tracking through Microsoft guides. Featuring option to easily transfer from Microsoft guides (steps, pictures, instructions etc..), or Dynamics 365 Field service, BOM, user might potentially invest additional time in copying and pasting into a product maintenance technical specification from product information or customer product technical specification information.

Wish there is an option to easily maintain vendor product technical information tracking along with revisions. Not tracking product technical information from vendors acquired through purchase orders-purchase order confirmation-quote, user might potentially track product technical information outside the system or from an independent library (e.g. site or through Azure site). In addition tracking our product technical information (designed) for our customer from product information maybe optimum ideal, independently from our grand original product technical information or product technical information acquired through vendors by purchase orders-purchase order confirmation-purchase quotations-demos. REMARK: Aerospace, Ground Transportation, Electronics industry.
