Hello,
Is there a plan to enable Multimedia Message Service on Dynamics Platform.
It would be usefull in Dynamics Marketing part of a Customer Journey but also more on a 1-1 message sent from any Business Application of Customer Engagement.

Audit cleanup and determining a retention strategy would be easier if we can monitor the audit log size per table.

Hierarch records : apply a view

In the hierarchy, it seems the side pane on the left shows ALL records. it would be interesting to only sho records from a view.
My need is to see only active ones but could be extended to any specific view.

Exception error missing details
Hello,
Some errors are missing detials, while the resolution of the error could be very easy and the system has all information.
In my case an orphan field was still in the layout xml of the view and it was not possible creating a Chart (Service request can be share to Product group if needed)
Hopefully support has great guys.
Can you please help maker with more explicit error details?

Guest users
In Dynamics for Phone, guest users can log the app, in the news Sales Mobile app and in Power apps Mobile, they can't,
It look like a regression.
Can you please make it work again ?

Teams notes converted to Appointment minutes un Dynamics sales when Appointment is tracked
Hello
It is often a challenge to come with simple solution when the user asks how dynamics can help taking meeting minutes. Thus everyone end by taking notes outside Dynamics.
When an Appointment is tracked, if it is a teams meeting with Meeting notes, which can be helped by transcription and AI, we could have the notes in Dynamics. Thus. Copilot in dynamics could have more inputs to provide summaries.

Sales Copilot . Track appointment for external organizer
Hello,
When using Sales Copilot in Outlook, if the meeting organizer is from an external domain, appointment tracking does not work. There is no error message, and this issue affects both existing and new appointments. This behavior is consistent with the documented synchronization scenarios: when the organizer is not a Dynamics 365 (CRM) user, immediate or fallback synchronization for tracked appointments may not occur. The system relies on the organizer being a CRM user with an eligible mailbox for tracking to function properly. If the organizer is external, the appointment will not sync to Dynamics 365, which explains why tracking fails in these cases, even though it works with the previous Outlook add-in and in other scenarios
This is a REGRESSION from the app for outlook and should be improved.
