Hello
When I Send a mail from Dynamics, using Dynamics email activity, it is not possible to choose the email 1, email 2 or email 3 of the recipient.
An interesting evolution would be to let this choice to the users, 2 ways are possible:
1. Simple way for Dynamics Product development team : on the "mailto" button let the choice to use "mailto:" or to use embedded Dynamics Email activity.
2. More sophisticated way for Dynamics Product development team : From within the Email Activity: Timeline, click + Email. In the new email form , inside "At" and "CC" and "CCI", when adding a Recipient, a dialog or a control should let me choose the email 1 or email2 or email3 or any custom field of type email, I should be able to read the value in email1 email2 email3 as well as the label of the email (if email 2 is labeled Business Email, I have to read it).
Thank you

Hello
It is not possible to copy the displayed information from a view in the UUI.
When we launch the list of Results in the Legacy advanced find, it is possible.
This is a huge time saver in some situations.
Thank you

Date fields in previous version, had a "Today" button.
Now it has disappeared and would be useful to avoid clicking from a far away date to today.
Why not putting back the today button ? or even enable a user typing in Today, tomorrow, yesterday , or enable typing "+2" or "+3" or "+4" (in 2 in 3, in 4 days from today), "-2" or "-3" or "-4" (the preceding 2 or 3 or 4 days).

Hello,
As a Dynamics admin I would like to be notified when a feature becomes ready in one of the org where I am system administrator.
Today it is possible to receive information when a monthly release is about to be deploy but this does not include wave updates.
Regarding updates, the information we have is on https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365-release-plan/2020wave2/
This is not accurate and delivery date varies with no notifications, many features supposed to be in pre-release were not made visible.
Hope it is clear!
Best regards,
Pierre-Olivier

Hello,
In a view, it is possible to filter records by owner.
Sometime, the owner name is displayed as a possible choice event if the selection would return no result. (click on the column and Filter by Equals will show all of the Active Directory)
This brings confusion when the choice is given to select any AD user (potentially 1000 users, when the CRM is only used by 100 users), as it is today.
Sometimes in the AD for technical reason a username is found several time, then it brings even more confusion (duplicates are available).
The behaviour to propose filter value only by "possible" user (only offer choices which are effectively owning a records) could be extended to any lookup filter.
It would bring more efficiency when working into views.
Hope this is clear and I can be joined to show example.

Hello
Today it is not possible to use filters in a subgrid. To do so the user has to click See associated records and the work in another view.
As it is possible to search directly in the subgrid of a mainform, it should be possible to work with filters.
Thank you.

Hi
We sometimes end with a lot of personal and system views, each of those has a specific name.
A huge timesaver would be an autocomplete feature at the view selection level (like the one on form control explained here https://www.crmsoftwareblog.com/2019/08/set-up-auto-complete-control-in-dynamics-365)
I would type-in the keyword of the view name, then the corresponding views would be displayed so I can click it.
Thank you!

Hello,
It would be a real gain of productivity if you could export a solution to another environement right from the solution management.
Exporting and Importing is a risky and time consuming process.

In CRMs, there are still lots of duplicates despite of detection rules:
Due to spelling errors, nicknames, address change It is sometimes faster to create a contact record than to find and update an existing record:
It should be possible to use customer insight to choose duplicate detection fields and tables and provide a score back in Dynamics with potential duplicate to ease the merge of records:
