The current guideline for the Missing timesheet report is that l statuses "Draft", "Not Created" and "Returned" are included in the report, but not "In review". Timesheets that are "In review" are not supposed to be included in the report. However, we have found that some timesheets with a status of "In review" make it onto the Missing timesheets report while others do not. We have found value in seeing these timesheets that are "In review" included in this report and suggest that all timesheet statuses that are not "Approved" be included in the report going forward.

When importing bank statements, either through advance bank reconciliation or standard, the check refence number data is not included despite being in the import file. The current advise is to customize the report when the expectation is for check numbers to be present for reconciliation purposes, especially when using advanced bank reconciliation rules.
