Due to [Deprecation of Dynamics 365 Home], clear guidance has not been notified to the administrator, causing confusion for users. In the future, features that will be deprecated or changed on the UI should be clearly notified to the administrator. Without notification, the administrator will not check the MS docs.

We are aware that the security role imposes restrictions on showing / hiding table names that can be displayed to the user. If you can set to dynamically show / hide the table depending on the presence or absence of registered records, it will lead to improvement of business efficiency during operation.
