Can Cortana voice be used to narrate the steps?
I enabled Narration in Guides from this link:
https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/mixed-reality/guides/operator-narrator#turn-narration-on-or-off
This works great but the narrator's voice sounds like Microsoft Sam from Windows XP maybe from 2005-2009.
Would it be possible to use Cortana speech engine to narrate, instead of the older offline speech synthesis?
I love to hear Cortana's voice!

Voice Command Support for Screen Sharing window
The HoloLens 2 voice commands, "Bigger", "Smaller", and "Face Me" all work perfectly for Slate applications which are opened within the immersive Remote Assist application.
However, same above voice commands do not work for the Remote Assist Call Window, nor a Screen Sharing window.
The reason why this is important is because some technicians are not entirely familiar with the "pinching and stretching" with their hands yet, and it would be much easier to instruct them to say, "Look at the Screen Sharing window and say, 'Face Me' and then 'Bigger'" so that they can see the screen sharing window better.
By default, the screen sharing window opens in a weird spot, to the right side of the Remote Assist call window and half-hidden by the call window,. and most of the time, screen share starts off facing downwards instead of straight at the technician. Technicians have stated that this is hard to read at first, until they have grabbed and changed the default screen share window location.
tl;dr: If we can use the Slate Voice commands on the screen share window, it will help navigate the Remote assist interface better without using our hands.

Remote Assist Calls Dashboard - Filter calls with duration shorter than (X) seconds
Within the Remote Assist Calls Dashboard, an admin can filter by: (Date / Username / Client Type).
Sometimes a call does not establish because the HoloLens 2 user has not yet unlocked their device or the program was not ready.
These missed calls show up as a duration: 00:00:00 seconds, and the entries can skew data of the "Average Call Duration"
Idea: It would be great to have an option to filter out calls that have duration shorter than X (0, 30, 60) seconds.
Does anyone else like the idea or is just me?

HoloLens 2 app - "Show Outline" - Display task/step numbers in Outline
While operating Guides containing several tasks and steps, the Outline does not display the task/step number.
If someone says "Go to Task 2, Step 5" the user must gaze and hover while they count down the list and get to step 5 which is unlabeled.
E.G.
Outline:
Task>
Step
Step
Step
Task>
Step
Step
Step
Step
This could be:
task1>
step1
step2
step3
Task2>
step1
step2
step3
step4

Zoom or detach images/videos from the Step Card
The Step card can contain images/videos but they are fixed in size and locked to the left of the step card.
Similar to Remote Assist, it would be nice to grab the image to resize it in case there are details which may be too small to read.

Option to Replay Step (re-animate the scene)
For Guides containing 3D animated steps, there is no way to repeat the current step animation after it has finished looping.
The user could say "Go back" and then "Next Step" to repeat the animation, but this method causes unnecessary loading of assets.
A "Replay step" button or corresponding voice command could be useful in allowing the user to restart the animation loop!

ms-guides:// support for switching environments with URL (link to this guide)
My tenant has two environments (Development and Production).
The production environment contains 1:1 copies of Guides from the Development environment.
When I use the Dynamics 365 Guides (for Windows) app to "Copy link to this guide" (E.G. ms-guides://productionEnvironmentURL/g/xxxxxxxxxx) I try to scan the URL with the headset, but the headset enters the guide within the Development environment, despite the fact that the Production URL is embedded inside of the ms-guides:// link.
The Guides headset user has full permissions to switch over to the Production environment, but the HoloLens 2 Guides app does not heed the productionEnvironmentURL inside of the link to the Guide and simply enters the 1:1 copy of the guide inside of the Development environment.
I wonder why the environment URL is encoded inside of the link, if it does not tell the Guides app to switch environments?
Thank you for taking a look!!

Interactable content with persistence throughout steps
Scenario: I am using Guides to instruct on assembling a physical collection of parts.
I have given a supplementary list of numbered parts: "Overview of parts." which has pictures of all of the parts in the scene.
I would like to bring this "Overview of parts" list with me as an interactable hologram throughout the Guide, so that I can manually position the list near my workspace, and refer to it throughout the Guide steps.
- This idea is similar to, "Anchor a Hologram across multiple steps, except that I want to place a 3D part in 1 Step, and then set it as interactable + persist throughout the remaining steps at its user-specified location.
What is the best way to open persistent content throughout a Guide, without opening it in a separate Slate window application?
I want to display the Parts Overview page across all of the guide steps, but only utilize the interface built-in to Guides, and wondering if a persistent hologram could be a potential solution.

How to hide the (default) instance from Guides? I have tried everything it seems.
When I sign into Guides, I see two instances, example(default) instance, and a Production instance.
I am trying to hide the example(default) instance of Guides during sign-in. I no longer use the (default) instance.
I tried going to powerapps.microsoft.com and under "Your Apps" in (default), I have "Turned off" both Remote Assist and Guides apps.
Interestingly enough,
This has successfully hidden the (default) instance inside of the Remote Assist during Remote Assist sign-in screen!,
but it has unsuccessfully hidden the (default) instance inside of Guides during the sign-in screen.
What to do now?? Where to go from here?
Unfortunately the "Delete" button is greyed out and I can't delete the app under powerapps.microsoft.com Your Apps.
How do I go about removing Guides from the (default) instance so that it does not appear during sign-in?
I am already aware that there is no way I can restrict the default environment visibility using an Azure AD Group (all other environments have this feature, except for default environment)
I am already using the restrict visibility on non-default environments. I wish I could restrict visibility of (default) too....
My (default) environment is still prevalent during sign-in and unfortunately still pops up during Guides sign-in, no matter what I try.
I am only using the production environment and want to get rid of the (default) environment during sign-in. The (default) Guides is "turned off" but it still shows up during sign-in....
How do I remove (default) environment from Guides sign-in screen?
