• Feature to score by page views within the clicked website or time spent on the website in the scoring model

With the current scoring model settings, it is possible to score by the number of website visits. However, it is not possible to give a more detailed scoring based on the number of visits to a particular page view within that website or the length of time you spend on that website. Customers think that by implementing this feature, they will be able to confirm the degree of interest in the website in more detail, which will be useful for future operations.
  • Feature to customize the output format and the number of data divisions when exporting data to Azure Blob Storage

Currently, when you export data from Customer Insights to Azure Blob Storage, the data is automatically divide into four and stored in Azure Blob Storage in CSV format. Customer thinks that the file format and the number of data divisions can be customized for more efficient operation.
  • Feature to customize the size of the pull-down menu in the MultiSelect option set

Currently, MultiSelect option set pull-down menu can only display "Select All" and four option sets. If we have set 5 or more option sets, we need to scroll the 5th and subsequent options to display them. This scrolling is also inefficient if you have set a lot of option sets, so if you can customize the size of the pull-down menu, you can expect more efficient work.
  • Feature to specify multiple entities in an Excel template

Currently, we can only specify one entity when creating an Excel template. However, Word templates can specify multiple entities. I cannot accept the current behavior that Word has the feature, but not Excel, and and I think it should be improved so that Excel can also specify multiple entities. By being able to create templates that specify multiple entities in both Word and Excel, we can expect even greater operational efficiency.
  • Feature to customize tags to be assigned to customers who access redirect URLs in Dynamics 365 Marketing

Dynamics 365 Marketing automatically tags contacts who access the redirect URL. However, sometimes this tag is associated with a contact that the customer does not expect. Currently, it is not possible for customers to modify the tags, so they would like to have a function that allows them to modify the tagging. The implementation of this feature will help customers to understand the information more accurately and make Dynamics 365 Marketing even more useful.
  • Feature to export security roles assigned to apps

Currently, security roles assigned to users can be exported from "Reports" or "Advanced Search". However, security roles assigned to apps cannot be exported. It is possible to check the security roles by opening "Manage Roles" for each app, but it is not efficient. Customers say that it would be more efficient if there was a feature to export security roles for apps as well as security roles for users. Customers think the implementation of this feature will make Dynamics 365 (Online) more useful.
  • Feature to edit the Currency field of Organizational units entity

Currently, as shown in the MS doc below, the currency field of the Organizational units entity cannot be edited after it has been saved due to synchronization with other entities. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/project-operations/psa/advanced-organizational#when-a-project-is-created-from-a-quote-or-project-contract-line-the-default-contracting-unit-comes-from-the-quote-or-project-contract-if-a-project-is-created-before-sales-entities-such-as-quote-or-project-contract-what-is-the-default-contracting-unit The Contracting Unit and Currency fields on the project are locked for editing, because they must be in sync with the values on the sales entity (quote or project contract) that the project is mapped to. If we want to change it to another currency later, we need to create a new organizational units record, which is not efficient for business. If the feature to edit existing currency fields in Organizational units entities is implemented, customers' work will be more efficient and the Project Operations app will be more useful.
  • Feature to add marketing list members directly by importing

Currently, when we add members to the marketing list, we use "Search" or "Advanced Search" to extract the target entity records and then select members. If the feature to add members directly by importing like other entity records is implemented, customers will be able to work more efficiently.
  • Feature to cancel when exporting a view record

If we export with a very large number of view records, the process will take a long time. However, if we make a mistake in this export, we cannot cancel so we have to wait for a long time. The feature to cancel the export could be implemented, customers would be able to proceed with their business more efficiently.
  • Restoration of the "Export Selected Records" feature in SharePoint document grid

As of 1/12/2022, the SharePoint document grid in Dynamics 365 Online had an "Export Selected Records" feature.

Thanks to this feature, only selected SharePoint document records could be exported.

However, on 1/17/2022, this feature was hidden.

So, if we want to export SharePoint document records from Dynamics 365 Online, the only way is to export all SharePoint document records in [Export Documents].

We think this is a very inconvenient modification.

By restoration of the "Export Selected Records" feature, customers can export any and all SharePoint documents from Dynamics 365 Online, which will improve the efficiency of their business.
