• Product Collection Module - display the Customer's Last Viewed Products

    Would like the ability to display the Customer's Last Viewed Products on the Product Collection Module, actually this functionality is not available, it would help so much as the customer can go back to their previous search results and easily found products that they want to purchase.

  • Retail Channel field filterable in All Sales orders

    In the All Sales Orders view, the channel field shows channel ID for retail stores but shows the channel name for call centers. It should show the channel name for all channel types. 


    Furthermore, you are not able to use this field as a filter, which would be useful

  • Payment connector returns issue with order credit and price match over refunds

    The Charges can only be refunded back when the Return Order or RMA is generated and needs to have an item associated to the return for it to be processed, even if it is a header charge.

    Taxes adjusted

    because they should have been tax exempt but got charged

    It looks like the taxes are applied dynamically and do not track if they have been refunded or not.

    ability to adjust sales price, Price Match functionality

    Need to honor promotional pricing if it happens within a specific time frame or competitor prices.

    Since this information is tracked at the item level on what the new price is, I would assume that the Return Order would pull that information in and not the information on the Salesline.

     


    All these scenarios, while I can refund back money to the customer through the ORDER CREDIT feature, it does not track what was already refunded and if the customer tries to refund them their order it will refund the total amount of the original order since no knowledge of the Order Credits can be identified. I would also like to know if the Order Credit feature can have the option to apply the default call center refund method so that it does not create an Credit on the customer account, which requires AR to run the customer balances and refund any overages, but generate the refund check like the return order process does.

  • create a more intutive POS screen layout

    New Button grids are not shown in designer it shows a diferent image from the buttons, diferent from the new buttons that customer create and it confuse the customer when they try to add new buttons it would be great if The POS screen lay out cna be more intutive for the customers, thank you.

  • Subtract the tare weight from the total weight when add a product with weight measurred

    For the POS scale weighted products, weight is measured with inclusive of Tare weight.

    Product weight + tare weight is measured in the POS scale

    For ex:, Tare weight is 0.070 and the product weight is 0.58LB in the POS scale is measured as 0.65 it is including the Tare weight also.

  • Apply Order hold on call center fraud rules

    Any call to table method instance would evaluate last element In any container returned, In our case it's a volume amount, and not a weight value, being used for fraud condition evaluation, so it would be usefull if the functionality can evaluate also the weight value, thank you,

  • Email notification is not honoring the modes of delivery configuration

    For digital gift cards - Customer is seeing that the Order Confirmation and Order Shipped email notifications are being sent in addition to the gift card email regardless of the modes of delivery configuration.


    The expectation being that if they don’t have an item on the order with one of these modes of delivery that it wouldn’t send the confirmation/shipping notifications. 

  • Product attribute type value translations do not inherit to product attribute values

    Implement a masive upload of the transalations on the text values of the attribute type. If you have the same attribute value selected on 1000s of products, you have to upload a translation for every product this means that customers would have to upload enormous amounts of translations for attribute values if they have many languages. 

  • Internal gift card setup doesn't allow for both Physical and Digital cards to be configured and used with Ecommerce

    It does not seem possible to configure both Digital and Physical gift cards as Internal Gift cards for sale in Ecommerce. We need to explore this functionality to add support for both configurations at the same time. Looks to be an issue stemming from only 1 gift card selection option in the Commerce parameters.
