• When we click on view reports CPOS Mobile version it pops up an error operation not supported

     Compact view, for movil devices is not supported to open reports when you try to open received and error message, please consider to show reports on POS also for movil devices.

  • In POS, canceled items show on the customer order receipt

    Not copy cancelled lines into the current cart when editing or picking up a sales order. In this case, the receipt will not show the canceled lines.

  • Invoice list module for invoices from newest to oldest

    The invoice list module on b2b ecommerce has no ordering. it would be helpful if customers can order the invoices from newest to oldest. It currently shows all the old invoices first. This makes no sense,please consider to implement a way to do most recent invoice first.

  • Price override not tracked in call center order

    Customer is able to apply a price override in a call center order, and they are using the override permissions and order price control settings, however, the price override is not tracked in any reports. they do not see it in order events, marked as a price override in customer service or in the price override report. so please consider to activate this behavior so the customers can track easily the price override on the call center

    After reviewing Task management feature by Microsoft, Client need below options as without these the feature itself looks incomplete.

    - Notes (adding a note/comment) while changing the status of task. (example: While updating a task status as completed - Business wants to add some notes/comment for the task.)

    - Document upload option : It would be great this feature includes a document upload option for a task.

  • User does not have ability to directly add item to new order template b2b

    Requesting the ability to add items straight away upon creation of template on b2b sites, that would help to add quickly the items to the template.

    Feature suggestion for Manager Override for POS discount over limit only want the manager override prompt if the Worker enters a higher amount of a discount than what limit, not every time a discount is entered

    Financial Reconciliation" feature of D365 Commerce. Once enabled, it shows a screen where users can edit their counted amounts to fix difference is calculated vs. counted amounts. When users click on line details, the dialog shows up with Bank Drop, Tender Declaration, Starting Amount, Safe Drop and Tender Amounts to override. In our scenario, we do not use Bank or Safe Drops so a feature improvement would be to add the possibility to only show the selected options by the user.

    when changing to the List view you lose the footer information with the totals and payment information and the body loses the delivery address It will be a good idea only get the full information as the details view, the list view only has the products sold and nothing more so it would be great to get the same details on the two views.
