Would like to be able to see the week number on the schedule board instead of the start date of the week.

Not everyone lives in America which means that to some people week starts with mondays and not sundays.
Right now the week view of the schedule board shows sunday as the first day, which means if you have a booking monday-sunday (which is a full week in europe), it looks like it overlap to next week when it really doesn't.

I'd like a setting that makes it possible to pick from a pick workstream even though my capacity is reached.
There could be several situations where I for some reason have some time over and can do a quick case/other conversation type but for now the system blocks me and tells me that my capacity as at maximum.

When an outbound message is shown in the timeline of a record, it would be useful to see what channel that outbound message was sent via.
When communication with the customer it's helpful to tell them they should have received a SMS with their case number for example.
