I have many final users that will be reporting in MSM and I would like to be able to place a time limit on how far back the user can go to edit and/or delete information that they have previously uploaded. For example, not allowing users to edit or erase anything that is older than 3 months.

I noticed that when I'm reporting an activity data, lets say stationary combustion, and i'm adding the cost and cost unit, for the cost unit I can place any unit that I have in the unit groups, for example, gigacalories. This can lead to final users making mistakes when trying to upload data quickly, and should be more logical. Cost unit should only allow to select a currency, and quantity unit should not be allowed to select a currency.

I'm looking over the video on how to create a scorecard, and when choosing the baseline, you select the year and then manually enter the amount/value for that baseline. It would be much more efficient and useful for the data to be pulled from what already exists in the activity data. For example if i select 2019 for X facility, and the platform can detect that i have information for that year and that facility, then it should give me the option to generate that value automatically with that data, or enter it manually. Would be much more efficient and logical.

When establishing a goal in the scorecards and goal section, there is a part that asks if the goal has a baseline year. If you select yes, it asks for the baseline year and then you have to enter the baseline value manually. If the information exists in MSM, you should be able to pull it from the activity data. For example, if my purchased electricity data for X facility goes back to 2013, and i have a goal of -10% reduction for 2030 vs its baseline, which would be 2019. Then, I should be able to get that information directly from the activity data.
