It would be great to be able to set default fonts and font sizes for composed emails in Dynamics for each user. Eg on their personal settings. It would also be great to be able to set the default font and font size for composed emails on the system settings. -

Possibility to drag and drop from Sharepoint view in CRM to an Email instead of needing to download the file from Sharepoint and then uploading it to the email. -
Fully anonymize a contact for GDPR
Needs to be able to anonymize a contact without removing the contact due to the importance of statistical data. We need to be able to delete the audit log for the specific contact. The plan is to anonymize the name and remove contact information, all activities and the audit log. -
Duration on a Phone call able to accept seconds
It's important for us to follow up outgoing phone calls connected to different campaigns. One thing that we want to measure is how long time we spend on the calls.
Today it's not possible to use the Duration field because it only accepts whole minutes. We need to be able to see down to seconds of the phone call. Would it be possible to make the Duration field able to accept seconds?

When rescheduling a task to a later date, the scheduled start also needs to be changed
When a task is changed to a later date, the scheduled start date also needs to be changed. Right now we're experiencing problems when using the Calendar view of activities because the tasks are shown over several days if we reschedule the task to a later date.
For us this is a great problem and we can therefore not use the Calendar view in CRM.
