The option to 'Move bookings to different day' should respect the current filtered view and not move every booking. There should at least be the option to select all bookings in the current view OR every booking.

Currently the Call To field in the Phone Call table only allow users to select from OOB tables (Accounts, Customer, Leads, Users). Please can we have the ability to add custom tables to the Advanced Lookup in the same way we can for other Activity tables.
