In Dynamics 365 App for Outlook if we open a record (Account) for example we have the option to see additional information about this record.
When we select for example Contact, we have preview information displayed under the name of it such as phone number and Related account.
We would like to be able to have the option to change this field or add-additional one and when we hover the mouse over the record in the App for Outlook to see different information such as email address, or country, city, etc.
It will be great if we can add additional fields to the default one, but if not possible only changing the default 2 with a different one is also an option.
As for different entities, different companies have different fields that are primary for identifying this record among the others.
