We have just been told us today (April 30, 2025 deadline for Real Time Marketing is June 30th, 2025) by Microsoft that the event management tool we selected to use for our event management ON24 will not integrate with Real Time Marketing. We use this service extensively and we require integration with Real Time Marketing as soon as humanly possible.

    Metrics & analytics Sophisticated engagement metrics (engagement score, conversion rate, average minutes attended, Q+A chat log, poll responses, CTA clicks, surveys, registration sources, email performance, content downloads, on-demand performance )

    Table of contents for n-demand viewing Available, enhancing user experience by guiding attendees to relevant content 

    Related content widget Directs attendees to articles, past webinars, and forms, supporting lead generation

    Media player banner Banner on the media player highlights specific content or a CTA to support lead generation

    Post-Webinar Email Sends unique emails based on attendance status

    Speaker Bios Widget displays presenter bio, LinkedIn URL, and contact details 

    Q&A Chat Management Create folders and mark questions complete once addressed 

    Media Console Adjust which presenters are visible and modify the layout
