Currently, we cannot add lookup type fields to a Marketing form as lookup is not supported by the app. Can you please update this to support/allow lookup type fields. For example, if Source Campaign is a lookup field - allow me to add that field to the form - default the value - and hide it.

    We have a number of Lead fields that need to be captured that are Lookups so this is a very important capability to enable embedding Marketing Forms in our website.

    Yes! We need Lookup on our CRM "country" table and on other standard and custom tabels within our CRM. Also Lookup on one tabel and then suggest values from another related table. Like: 1. What country do you live in? (Lookup in country table) 2. Wich state do you live in? If country is selected (by example the US), the US states should be selectible for question 2.

    What is the status on this? And to all other users, what are altenatives for (non-login/public) web forms that supports: 1. prefill (like a customer ID or filter options) 2. Lookup on CRM tables and related tables to show values within the web form. Does Microsoft Portal supports public web forms? (without login in to an account)

    For real-time forms, we are not able to get hidden lookup field like source campaign for leads to populate a value in the field. Is this a known issue or should we be able to populate value for a hidden lookup field. Specifically, the search lookup doesn't work to select a value it works more like a text field but not populate a value on lead form.
