Add description field to individual dimension values of colors, sizes & styles

Currently, one can assign descriptions to colors/sizes/styles when in context of a product master or a variant group and not individually in Dynamics. But having an ability to always have a default description associated with individual dimension values outside the context of either a product master or a variant group will be helpful - especially when importing data into Dynamics from another systems where there's already an associated description with individual dimension values.
