Ability to filter users during Importation from Entra ID
Suggested by Peter Kinyua – New – 0 Comments
Hi,
It would be nice to add a filter function on the "Import Users" dialog box of the System Administration module. Currently, when someone clicks on the menu, the resulting pop up, has all Entra ID users including e.g. no wanted users like test users, contractors, service accounts etc

Reduced Transaction Copy
Suggested by Timothy Harpur – New – 0 Comments
In PPAC currently when we want to copy our DB from one environment to another (such as a UDE) we have the option for transactionless (default) or to include all transactions. For us this is the difference between around 200GB DB and 800GB DB. We require to have some transactions in our UDE for our developers to work with, but we don't require all. We would like a third option - something like 'Reduced Transaction Copy' that copies only the past year's worth of transactions, as this would provide the transactions that our developers require without pulling over everything. It would likely reduce our DB to around 300GB to 400GB.

Supplier transactions that do not affect a tax code should appear in the electronic format exogena 1001
Suggested by Ilse Mendez Nava – New – 0 Comments
There are multiple petty cash expenses without taxes. Including non-taxable tax codes in the capture of these operations to ensure they are issued in the exógena1001 format requires an increase in manual work.

When posting a journal, in case the available budget funds have been exceeded, so error messages should pop up to inform about the variance between the total amount of all lines and the available budget funds instead of difference of an amount of each line will be compared to the available budget funds.

When posting a journal, in case the available budget funds have been exceeded, so error messages should pop up to inform about the variance between the total amount of all lines and the available budget funds instead of difference of an amount of each line will be compared to the available budget funds. It can be less annoying for customers.

Have the ability to calculate the discount against the gross amount first and apply rounding to the amount prior to calculating against the quantity
Suggested by Marian Wrice – New – 0 Comments
In D365 F&O, the sales order invoice calculates the total (Qty*Discount*Gross price).
Our customer has a requirement to calculate using the formula: Gross *Discount = rounded to 2DP then *Qty.
e.g
Customer calculation 334.85* 3% disc = 324.80 * 1000 = 324,800.
System calculation is currently:
1000*334.85*3% discount = 324,804.50.
The customer would like to have the option to calculate using Gross *Discount = rounded to 2DP then *Qty.

[New Grid Control] When using Group by, allow sorting of rolled up amount columns
Suggested by Nathan Herndon – New – 0 Comments
Utilizing the new grid control's group by functionality, need the ability to sort by the rolled up amount column. For example, on the Vendor transactions page, use group by month or day on the date field then collapse all rows and sort by the Amount in reporting currency column. Can quickly see the lowest or highest month or day totals for that vendor.
