D365 F&O Multi-company email sending using SMTP authentication with username and password.

Company Issue:

D365 F&O SMTP can send emails from multiple domains

DMARC is blocking emails from being received, if the email domain (company) does not match the SMTP user authentication account. (domain)

DMARC will not allow email to be received, is stating it is not secure email traffic.

DMARC is configured per company policy

SMTP is configured per company policy

Graph API - does not work for our size company and fit company policy

Company Solution needed from D365 F&O

To be able to send and receive emails from D365 F&O with multi domains (company).

To be able to use SMTP auth for each company (domain) in a Multi D365 F&O environment
