Add support for currency South African rand (ZAR) in Invoice capture prebuilt model

There has been an increasing number of customers in South Africa utilizing the Invoice Capture solution.

However, the prebuilt AI model currently does not support the South African Rand (ZAR) currency. This limitation results in the incorrect capture of the currency code, requiring users to manually select the correct currency code.

This process is not only time-consuming but also prone to errors, significantly impacting efficiency.

Therefore, it is critical and urgent to add support for the South African Rand (ZAR) in the prebuilt Invoice Capture model to enhance accuracy and improve user experience.
