Wish there is an option in the future to include roles for recalls, warranties, inspectors, and solution specialists.
Not featuring alternative future role plans, user may potentially track other items outside the system (e.g. mass recalls, job site or remote inspector (e.g. guides, mixed reality, hololens), or option to future include a solution specialist to complete the work order for delaying scheduling, delaying inventory, delaying billing, etc...
