A work order can be automatically created from a case but the record needs to have the same currency as the base currency. It should be okay to have any currencies.

There are customers in the us, where the currency is dollar, but the invoice is in euro. This leads to problems with cases, as the case and workorder has to be set the same currency as the account (ie. dollar) but should get the invoice in euro
