Dynamics FetchXML extensions for Visual Studio 2022

Hi,
currently the 'Dynamics FetchXML' is available only in VS2019, but we have upgraded to VS2022 recently and realized we need to maintain 2 different version of Visual STudio ( 2019 and 2022). Can the extension be made available in VS2022? If so, when?

"Queue I'm member of" is show incorrectly to users that not in queue members

The "Queue I'm not a member of" view is showing queues that user is not member of. This is system limitation and acknowledged by PG team. The reason is the queue is public queue so that it is shown to all users. Currently, temporary workaround is change to private queues but it's will not met user requirements due to special situation.

Images from email not downloaded on Timeline

When downloading Timeline actvities into a Word template, any images from within the body of the email are not downloaded, only the text is. Microsoft have confirmed in Vanilla instance this is 'standard behaviour'. Could this be looked into for future enhancements , thanks!

Analytics Dashboards - Display Date fields based on user time zone

Omnichannel historical analytics dashboard showing the date in UTC instead of user time zone. Users need to convert dates from UTC to their time zone which is annoying and not useful for users. We suggest to display the date field values based on user time zone in the dashboard.

Add To Queue button- using this user can able to create new queue

The "Add to Queue" button is currently available in the email entity. by using this users are able to create new queue or add selected email form particular view to existing queue which is creating unnecessary tracking of emails to D365 and creating records. This redundancy creates confusion, as the functionality to add an email to the queue is not needed in this context, leading to an inconsistent user experience.
Proposed Solution:
Remove the "Add to Queue" button from the email entity. Queue management should be limited to appropriate sections of the platform, and the email entity should not offer the option to add emails to the queue, thereby reducing unnecessary clutter and ensuring consistency across the platform.

Show number of new unread messages when using inbox.
Agents opening conversation tabs see indication of number of new messages on screen. from inbox only color changes mildly.

Dynamics 365 Accessibility Screens

The Dynamics 365 (CRM) screens changed 28/10/2024 and are very light with little contrast, they also have a slimmed down font which makes it difficult to readd the information on the screens. This difficulty causes headaches for staff and made worse by those who have dyslexia and suffer from migraines. Could the screens have a better contrast or if practical revert to the previous format (pre 28/10/2024). Thanks Stephen

Make the colors/icons of option sets on views available on the dashboard

The option sets on the view now have a colour/icon by default. However this is not showing on the dashboard. The status reason for example does not have the color and the origin field does not contain the icon on the same view on the dashboard.Β It would be nice if these colors and icons are also visible on the views on the dashboards.
