It would be awesome to be able to create personalization on grids where you could for on field/column or on an entire row do conditional formating based on field criteria.
A simple background color would be sufficient as a first edition.

This has been open for a couple of years and is under review. I'm wondering if this will change state soon. This is a heavily requested feature from our users and with the new grid control, it would be good to see if this is on the roadmap.
