Inquiry Workflow History Tracking
Suggested by Kiki Kuswanto – New – 1 Comments
Hi Microsoft,
As we know that workflow history is available in menu Common >> Inquiry >> Workflow History.
But on this screen, we can't identify the transaction number that we want to check, and we can export all workflow history.
Our idea is to add a function to export all the workflow tracking history and export by transaction type and transaction number, for example by type purchase order and/or with specific PO number.
This feature is needed for the audit purpose.
Thank you.

Make HR ESS Timesheet Functionality Independent of PMA
Suggested by Tsvetan Atanasov – New – 0 Comments
Some clients require the T&A timesheet functionality not to be dependent on PMA configuration. Essentally some workers want to be able to submit overtime manually as they do not clock-in or clock-out. This should be done on demand via the HR ESS. Currently this requires PMA internal projects to be configured. I believe it would be great if this dependency is removed. Timesheet approval will be still based on the normal T&A workflows, but now approval notifications should also appear in ESS/MSS.

Pricing management optional discount
Suggested by Zaigam Ansari – New – 0 Comments
Scenario: In Pricing management, we have two types of discounts which are applied on the same product irrespective of Qty,
1. FOC
2. Qty discount
Requirement: After creating sales order, we need system to select which discount to be applied.
Issue: There is no functionality by which we can configure the same. Every time, we need to enable and disable the discount journal before creating the sales order.

Delivery terms location field
Suggested by David Elliot – New – 0 Comments
When the delivery terms (referred to globally as "Incoterms") are selected on a Sales order or Purchase order, it is also required to indicate a "Delivery terms location". A "Delivery terms location" is the location where the handover of liability happens, according to those delivery terms. E.g. CIP (Carriage & Insurance Paid to) Requires a "Place of destination" e.g. Shanghai airport.
The Delivery terms location is needed on the Sales & Purchase order, as Delivery terms, and the location, are contractual terms and need to appear on the contract between the buyer and the seller. They are also required on Shipments/Loads as they are required on logistics documentation.
"Incoterms" are globally recognized contractual agreements between buyers and sellers and most Delivery terms require a supporting location for the terms to be valid and legally binding.

Inventory visibility app - scan item bar code
Suggested by Frans Hoogenraad – New – 1 Comments
In the inventory visibility app, the user should be able to scan or enter a barcode instead of the item ID.
Similar functionality that exists in D365FO WHS Item inquiry.

To let each split line create a separate picking route to differentiate between which of the lines has been picked and which have not.
Suggested by Mohammed Rosasy – New – 0 Comments
When a picking route line is split into a number of other lines (whether this is manually split or the system splits when different batches are reserved) each of these split lines still retains the LOT ID as that of the sales line level.
This can cause problems when a customer is using an interface with a 3rd part warehouse to pick those picking lines. There is no way to differentiate between which of the lines has been picked and which have not.
Is there a way that each picking line on the picking route can be uniquely identified?
Is Microsoft looking into a resolution for this in future releases?
Can each split line create a separate picking route?

External item number & description on item arrival journal
Suggested by Lars Wastyn – New – 0 Comments
At our customer items are received by means of item arrival journals. As suppliers do not refer to the items on their delivery notes, warehouse workers spend a lot of time identifying whether the correct items are received on the corresponding purchase orders.
Therefore it could be of help to see the external item number and description on the arrival overview form & item arrival journals.

Posting invoice for product receipts for items which are quality cleared.
Suggested by Ahmed Abdelaal – New – 0 Comments
- We have a PO which contains a line that I'm using to split its quantities using the registration option from the update line tab.
- Whenever we post the product receipt for a specific part of the total quantity in that line, a quality order is created.
- We've different quality orders and all of them are closed after the item passes the validation tests.
- We only have one quality order which is pending (open).
- However, if we tried to invoice any other quantity related to a previous product receipt, we receive an error stating message "Error: The update has been blocked because the item is in inspection or because there is a conflict between a parameter setup and a policy in a quality association.".
- I receive this error even though the quantity being invoiced is related to a quality order which is closed.
- This issue is causing impact to the business process as the quality inspections takes time in real life, so closing every quality order related to the item just for invoicing a quantity which is already quality cleared seems to be un-realistic.

Standard cost revaluation: create a production posting for report as finished quantity
Suggested by Cristian Becchetti – New – 0 Comments
When a standard cost has been activated, now 365 create a revaluation for WIP only for "Material consumption" and not for "Reported as finished" quantity. In this way we cannot calculate the correct WIP by production posting (Material consumption + Route consumption + Indirect - Reported as finished). Also we don't have the balancing between production posting and general ledger.
It should be better if we can have the "Reported as finished" production posting regarding revaluation after new standard cost activation.
