When Set Freeze days 5, create a demand forecast on today, after running Master plan, there have a plan order is created after 5 days.

But on next day, run the master plan again, the demand forecast was deleted as overdue, but the plan order still existed.

From customers side, as the demand forecast was disappeared as overdue, the related plan order should be deleted automatic.

  • 2nd scenario: for the users

    • MRP Freeze Period in coverage profile set to 56 days – 8 weeks.
    • Master Planning runs daily overnight
    • We are not expecting any planned batch orders to be created within this 56-day freeze period (time fence).
    • On Tuesday 2/8 a large number of finished goods planned batch orders (~54)within this time fence were deleted, Master planning rerun did not recreate these planned batch orders.
    • The next morning 2 planned orders within the freeze period remained for 27/9/2022
    • Wednesday morning these 2 plus additional orders for 28/9/2022 remained
    • And Friday 5/8we have planned batch orders for 27/9, 28/9 and 29/9 – I am not expecting any planned batch orders to be in the system before the 30/9/2022 due to 56 day freeze period from 5/8

It appears this list within the freeze period grows by 1 day each day, eventually building up if not manually deleted, whereas No planned batch orders should be created within this period.
