It should be possible to go through the sales cycle (Opp->Quote->Project Contract) with a change request, then at Quote Won, associate it with an existing Project Contract rather than needing to create a new Project Contract.
Project Contracts can have many lines so why can't we just add whatever is on the quote to those already there?
We need to track effort against quote and baseline and call out over runs and additional budget/requests added to the core agreed project budget.
This is always asked by all customers we worked with.
Extremely important!
This could help to reduce the complexity of using the POPS for customers!
Change Orders are SOP for any project management system. There needs to be a better way. Quote Type = Change Order, add association to the project contract instead of creating a new one. Doesn't seem that hard. But boy howdy, trying to do it via PowerAutomate and a custom button is a PITA!
