The value prop of ProjOps is heavily CE only oriented especially for smaller markets with few net new F&O implementations per year. While a hero story implementation can be seen as the holy grail of ProjOps implementations, a cash cow implementation will be a CE only scenario. ProjOps needs a proper base license for CE only scenarios and the current SKU is beyond a CE only scenario's realistic value prop.

This would be a very useful addition to the bigger SKU as many SMB clients will not switch on F&O integration, but will want (or are using) Business Central as their ERP. We have many clients/prospects who are in this situation.

This is problem for all Microsoft customer segments - EC and SMC customers may already have SAP or Oracle as ERP and for SMB customers BC is a better bet. There should be a license SKU of CE only without any minimum user criteria and previous price point of 95 was ok, the new SKU at 120 should be for (Sales + CE + PMA ).

Strongly agree.

Absolutely agree with this as the current pricing model for PO does bring a lot of discussions for small to mid-sized scenarios as well as SMB.
-
Absolutely agree, with current pricing model for PO, a lot of small to mid-sized scenarios and SMB will not be able to use this solution.

Here in Germany we have a lot of fast start-ups companies which are quickly growing or seed-companies which have opened services as additional market supporting their products. Yet the number of project manager/consultants etc. is rather small. These customers are using Dynamics 365 Sales already and have maybe plans to buy Finance/SCM in a few years. Yet currently the 20 min. user restriction prevents them from buying the license. If customer is only planning for light/non finance deployment type, there should be non minimum or max. 5 user minimum.
