The value prop of ProjOps is heavily CE only oriented especially for smaller markets with few net new F&O implementations per year. While a hero story implementation can be seen as the holy grail of ProjOps implementations, a cash cow implementation will be a CE only scenario. ProjOps needs a proper base license for CE only scenarios and the current SKU is beyond a CE only scenario's realistic value prop.

This is really a need. A lot of customers, like us, dont use Finance & Ops and prefer BC for our size, we are currently using PSA with a lot of success, with this improvement, we are getting in a complex situation, i have around 10 or 15 users in CRM & Only 3 in BC. Purchasing 20 Project Ops for not using the financial part because of BC is a complex & expensive scenario.

Indeed this is much needed. Most Project Operations deployments will NOT require D365 Finance as customers have investments in existing ERP/Finance systems .

Really need a platform that is aimed at non F&O customers. We need to connect to BC, Sage and Xero for those customers that want to track Task Assignments and Resourcing but do not want to venture into F&O territory.

Completely Agree. We need a smaller project solution for sub 20 users. As a Dynamics Partner focussed on Small and Medium sized businesses, purchasing 20 users plus is not realistic.

Definitely need the CE only SKU back. The licensing model shouldn't have alienated the very people that helped grow PSA version's 1, 2 and 3 which has made PO what it is today.

The 20 user minimum commitment also puts this out of reach for SMB.

Yes, this is definitely required as an option to use D365 BC as the finance component, especially for customers who have already implemented BC.

Agreed - purchasing 20 is NOT an option for Hybrid or Lite version - this can sell ALOT of customers and provide staying power on the Dynamics platform integrated with office 365 and Project - this is a NO brainer the only way going to sell is remove the min 20.
