Add Cash Advance to Expense Delegation

I'm unable to vote for this for some reason. But this is something that should be done and done very soon. This is just a standard function that should be available to users.

We need this to. We have a number of administrative assistants that enter expenses on behalf of our executives, and they would like to be able to also do this for cash advances. The admins would obviously not consume the cash advance, but the execs, and without there being a way for cash advances to be requested by delegates, this isn't really doable. Thanks for hopefully implementing this soon.

We need this ability of faculty secretaries being able to submit cash advance requests on behalf of multiple faculty members the secretary is assigned to.

Please consider as a priority

The suggestion is opened since 2018 but it is not updated so far. So strange! I think, this should be done on priority basis.
